About the Role
They are seeking a motivated and commercially driven NetSuite Account Executive to join the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and driving NetSuite software and services revenue. This role requires a consultative sales approach, working closely with prospects to understand their business challenges and position NetSuite as the ideal solution. The Account Executive will collaborate with pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and close complex ERP opportunities. The client utilises extensive marketing campaigns, 3rd Party lead generation and BDR to support new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new NetSuite sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ERP software and professional services opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Generate revenue through a combination of self-sourced opportunities, marketing-generated leads, and partner referrals.
Sales Process Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Lead customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions alongside pre-sales consultants.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Relationship Management
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, operations teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Engage with key decision-makers including CFOs, COOs, CEOs, and Finance Directors.
- Develop strategic account plans for target customers.
Collaboration
- Work closely with NetSuite Business Development Representatives and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Partner with solution consultants and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Collaborate with NetSuite channel representatives to drive joint opportunities and partner success.
Qualifications
- B2B software sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or business applications sales.
- Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions with deal sizes ranging from £25,000 to £500,000+.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and revenue growth.
