Our client is a successful and well-established commercial property company based in Banbury, specialising in the short-term commercial lettings and charity property lettings across the UK. Their unique business model helps charities and not-for-profit organisation access vacant commercial property, while supporting landlord in maximising property usage.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the department, manage a small team and liaise with landlords, commercial agents and charities across the UK.

  • Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and vacant commercial property
  • Visit clients’ properties throughout the UK
  • Liaise with charities / not for profit organisations to discuss their commercial property needs.
  • Liaise with property management companies and commercial agents.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with charities and clients to instil confidence and foster long-term partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a confident, organised and approachable individual who can lead by example with maintaining excellent attention to deal.

  • Property experience is not needed; however good office administration skills are.
  • Professional communication skills required, both written and verbal.
  • Approachable, friendly and helpful.
  • Attention to detail is key as well as a self-starting nature.
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task.
  • A confident telephone manner and previous telephone experience.
  • Competent in MS Office.
