Paywall & Sales Operations Lead
Surbiton, Surrey (Office-based)
£28,000 rising to £30,000 after probation + up to £6,000 bonus (OTE £36,000)
We are currently working with a digital marketing agency who specialise in the social media management of online content creators.
This is a varied role combining operations, performance management, data analysis and team leadership. You’ll manage a portfolio of creators, optimise revenue performance and oversee a remote operations team to ensure everything runs efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and support a portfolio of creators
Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
Develop pricing and monetisation strategies
Manage and coordinate a remote operations team
Produce performance reports and recommend improvements
Improve processes and maintain operational standards
About you:
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who can build relationships
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with data
Experience in operations, account management, customer success, digital marketing or team leadership is beneficial
