As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from winning new business to successfully placing candidates and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management
- Generate new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
- Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and recruitment challenges
- Provide strategic recruitment solutions and market insights
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Advertising & Networking
- Create compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
- Utilise social media, job boards, and professional networks effectively
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections
Interview & Placement Management
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Provide guidance and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Manage offers, negotiations, and successful placements
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment market conditions
- Share market insights with clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a Recruitment Agency, a minimum of 2 years experience required
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
