Project: 38 units, Private Housing 32no 3&4 bed semi detached ( Timber Frame ) and 6no apartments, High end finish Location: Cookstown Package around £45 – 52k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided. – negotiable for the right candidate Duties to include: – Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget – Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff – Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies – Health & Safety / Risk assessments – Weekly reports to Contract Management – accurate record keeping Key skills: – 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects.
