Area Sales Manager Territory: Armagh / Tyrone / Fermanagh / Down Employment Type: Full-time, Salary:Negotiable DOE Role Overview Our busy Sales & Distribution client in the Lisburn area are seeking a Area Sales Manager to join their sales team. In this role you will manage and grow sales across the Armagh, Tyrone, Fermanagh and Down regions within the electrical and kitchens distribution market. This is a field-based role focused on developing strong relationships with retailers, kitchen studios, and key trade partners. Sector experience is an advantage, but a demonstrable track record of sales success is essential. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established sales territory across the four counties. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through regular visits and proactive support. Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets with accurate forecasting and reporting. Maintain CRM records, visit logs, and territory plans. Required Experience & Skills Proven track record in field sales (minimum 23 years). Experience in electrical wholesale, KBB (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms), construction, or related distribution sectors is preferred but not essential. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Full UK driving licence.
