You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services Deliver every dish to spec-consistent, fresh, and full of flavour Manage stock, ordering and food safety Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant A strong leader with experience in Asia cuisine and running a busy kitchen Passion for food and respect for ingredients Be part of a growing restaurant group Real opportunities to develop and progress Work with a team that cares about food and standards Help shape your kitchen and develop your team
