The Vacancy HR Recruitment Executive Location: Lombard House, Belfast Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Hybrid Working Model with 2 days per week in the office Flexible start and finish times The Role: This is a varied, fast-paced recruitment role with real purpose, supporting services across the island of Ireland and new projects within the Health and Social Care sector. You will deliver a bespoke recruitment experience while building strong working relationships with managers across the organisation. The role includes full recruitment cycle coordination, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, contract issuing, onboarding, attendance at industry events and recruitment fairs, and acting as a panel member for interviews within services. This role is ideal for a dedicated recruitment professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with a wide range of people, and has strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills. It may particularly suit someone seeking to move into a meaningful in-house recruitment role where they can apply their own individual initiative and recruitment expertise to make a difference every day.
