We are seeking a professional, organised, and friendly Receptionist & Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Reception Duties Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the relevant people. Book & manage travel arrangements for colleagues when required. Administrative Duties Provide general administrative support to management and office staff. Manage deliveries & collections of hire vehicles on behalf of a TBC client. This includes corresponding by email or telephone, also updating vehicle information on all required systems. Assist with data entry and updating internal databases Order and maintain office supplies and stationery. Support continuous improvement of office processes and administration. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Desirable Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or office environment. Familiarity with document management systems and office procedures.
