Managing Director United Kingdom (m/w/d) – Structural Engineering Software

• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software
• Excellent knowledge of the British construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
• Very good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands‑on mentality
• Willingness to travel regularly in United Kingdom and occasionally to Germany

Your Contribution to Success

• Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the British subsidiary
• Developing and implementing a market‑specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals
• Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
• Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success)
• Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events
• Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
• Responsibility for budget, branch development, and legal compliance in the United Kingdom
• Regular reporting to the top management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback
• A six‑month training program in our headquarters in Germany
