Requirements

  • We are looking for deep technical credibility and the ability to set architecture direction, not just implement solutions.
  • We need someone who is comfortable with hands‑on coding and can still build core systems.
  • We want prior experience managing engineers and supporting their development.
  • We value experience or strong interest in AI‑assisted engineering practices, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
  • We need strong communication skills and the ability to work with product, design, and data teams.

Responsibilities

  • We expect you to write code for around 60% of your time.
  • We want you to lead architecture and make key technical decisions.
  • We need you to manage and develop a team for around 40% of your time.
  • We want you to drive adoption of AI‑assisted development practices.
  • We expect you to own delivery outcomes end to end.
  • We want you to run 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
  • We need you to mentor engineers in system design, clean coding, problem solving, and AI literacy.
  • We want you to coach the team on safe and effective use of AI tools and workflows.
  • We expect you to improve productivity through AI tools, automated test generation, and AI‑assisted debugging.
