Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
- Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions for our clients.
- Provide leadership and technical design authority oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
- Demonstrate ability to influence and consult, providing options with pros, cons and risks while delivering thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
- Continuously learn and pursue new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.
- Seek information about new ServiceNow applications and stay up to date on the latest offerings.
- Access robust training and certification opportunities as a member of the ServiceNow Business Group.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
- Maintain process orientation and prefer order over chaos.
- Be comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
- Have a strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
- Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Experience with 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Advanced scripting and integration skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API Web Services.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security clearance desirable; or ability to obtain SC clearance required.
