Head of Marketing

As Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead the commercial agenda, taking ownership of revenue growth, brand strategy, lead generation and customer engagement. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business while leading both sales and marketing functions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a growing SME environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver the commercial strategy across sales and marketing
• Drive revenue growth through new business, customer retention and account development
• Lead marketing activity, including campaigns, content and lead generation
• Strengthen brand positioning across key markets
• Build relationships with customers, distributors and industry partners
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity
• Track sales and marketing performance, measuring ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Lead and develop a team spanning both sales and marketing
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives and business planning
• Support international trade and import/export activities

What You’d Bring That Would Add Value:

• Experience in a commercial leadership role with a focus on sales and marketing
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong experience across brand, lead generation and commercial strategy
• A data‑driven approach with experience measuring performance and ROI
• Experience working within an SME environment
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience within agriculture, horticulture, engineering, manufacturing or product‑led sectors would be advantageous.
