Our client is a leading UK services business which is growing at pace and looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel in a broad, commercially focused, and highly varied role.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, commercially focused legal advice across various business divisions.
- Lead on a broad range of commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Manage disputes and oversee external counsel.
- Contribute to strategic, operational, and cross‑functional projects across the business.
Requirements
This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted advisor, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
Suitable candidates are qualified lawyers with approximately 6‑10+ years PQE gained in a strong law firm and/or in‑house environment.
