Strategic Head of Safeguarding & Welfare

Colchester United is seeking a Head of Safeguarding to develop and manage the safeguarding strategy for the club. This role involves ensuring the welfare of children and vulnerable individuals in club activities and promoting a culture of safeguarding compliance.
