The opportunity

As Boutique Manager, you will work closely with the UK Director to inspire and lead a high‑performing team, uphold impeccable brand standards, and create memorable experiences for a discerning clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing long‑term client relationships, and ensuring that every detail of the boutique reflects the sophistication of the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing boutique team to consistently deliver exceptional sales performance, client acquisition, and repeat business through outstanding clienteling and commercial leadership.
  • Act as a trusted deputy to the UK Director, taking ownership of boutique operations and team leadership.
  • Create a warm, personalised, and unforgettable client journey for every visitor, with service that reflects the standards of a world‑class luxury house.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation across the boutique, ensuring visual merchandising, ambiance, and operational standards are always flawless.
  • Oversee daily operations including rosters, opening and closing procedures, stock control, security compliance, and transactional accuracy.
  • Support boutique events, local partnerships, and networking opportunities that enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.

  • An inspiring and polished retail leader with experience in luxury retail, ideally jewellery, watches, or a similarly service‑led environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, a genuine passion for people development, and a natural ability to build trust with high‑value clients.
