Key Responsibilities

Driving Sales

  • Drive and exceed the sales budget
  • Develop and implement an action-oriented business plan for the location
  • Monitor and drive store and team KPIs to maximize growth opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring consistency across the team
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and support company initiatives such as revenue-driving events

Building a Strong Team

  • Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs, support coaching and training to achieve them
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews
  • Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures, escalating issues as they arise
  • Support recruitment, interviewing candidates and compiling feedback from trial shifts
  • Implement approved brand and product training to ensure consistent styling advice and inspiration for customers

Delivering Efficiency

  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard, keeping the location clean and brand‑representative
  • Maintain an accurate stock file, complete regular stock counts, and report any issues
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular team training
  • Ensure appropriate processing of in‑store services (including engraving and aftercare) with proper team training
