Associate Director – Quantity Surveying Manchester | £75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The successful candidate will play a key role in the leadership of the Manchester team, taking responsibility for project delivery, client development, team management and contributing to the wider business strategy.

The Role

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects whilst leading and developing a team of quantity surveyors. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance, develop key client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of Quantity Surveying and Project Management commissions across a range of sectors.
• Managing and developing key client accounts.
• Supporting the growth and strategic direction of the business.
• Leading, mentoring and developing junior and senior team members.
• Resource planning and management of project teams.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and service.

About You

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related discipline.
• MRICS qualified.
• Extensive consultancy, contractor or client-side experience.
• Proven track record delivering large and complex projects.
• Experience managing teams and developing staff.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• Established client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ambitious, driven and capable of contributing to the continued growth of the business.
