Lead Software Engineer (Javascript and Swift) – £120k

Hybrid: 2–3 Days in office

This is a hands‑on role combining coding with a focus on designing scalable, secure, and performant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and design of complex software solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide technical decision‑making.
• Drive best practices across architecture, code quality, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven background as a Lead Software Engineer
• Strong Experience working with APIs
• Exposure to Swift Vapor or Swift API development nice to have but not essential
• Experience with Typescript or Angular
• Experience in small or mid‑sized software companies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Central London, 2-3 days onsite
