An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Head and Neck Clinical Service Unit at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for an experienced and dynamic senior nurse to join our senior leadership team as Head of Nursing. This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the Trust’s strategic objectives, ensuring the provision of high‑quality, safe, effective and patient‑centred care across the Head and Neck CSU. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing leadership and work collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues to drive excellence in patient experience, clinical outcomes, workforce development and service delivery.
