TEKsystems is seeking a Major Incident Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of high-severity technology incidents in a leading investment bank. The role requires strong incident management skills, experience in a 24/7 production environment, and a good understanding of technology stacks. You will lead major incidents, coordinating technical teams and ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders.

This is a contract position offering hybrid working in Greater London, with shifts varying from early morning to afternoon. On-call responsibilities are included.
