Requirements

• We require current SC clearance or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
• We require experience with Java and the Spring Framework.
• We require experience with Cucumber for BDD testing.
• We require experience working with REST APIs.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with Wiremock.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with Maven.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with the AWS stack, including secure cloud testing.
• It is beneficial to have experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or K6.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with REST clients such as Postman or Insomnia.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with GitLab CI.
• It is beneficial to have Java experience for coding Cucumber steps in our test framework.
• It is beneficial to be familiar with container environments such as Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• We work closely with software developers to reach a shared understanding of the code base and unit-level test coverage.
• We collaborate with analysts to ensure the required business scenarios are covered in acceptance test scripts.
• We work across both functional and non-functional areas of an application.
• We coach and mentor testers.
• We communicate with stakeholders inside and outside our organisation to coordinate test coverage and schedules.
