Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Claimsorted.com, you will serve as the technical bridge for insurer clients. You’ll build critical integrations, deploy onboarding pipelines, and manage C-suite stakeholders while owning customer outcomes end-to-end. This high-impact role combines 70% hands‑on engineering using NextJS and GCP with 30% strategic client‑facing technical leadership at a high‑velocity startup.

What You Will Do
- Design and build robust integrations and onboarding systems using NextJS, Node.js, and Terraform to help insurers go live quickly and reliably.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for insurer stakeholders, managing everything from technical discussions to high‑level C‑suite demos and operations.
- Drive platform improvements by synthesizing customer insights into the product roadmap while working across GCP, Postgres, and the full application stack.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 2–7 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally with a background in shipping production‑grade systems at fast-growing, technically rigorous companies.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a preference for customer-facing environments where technical complexity meets strategic business needs.
- Thrives in high‑velocity, high-ambiguity startup settings and is comfortable working in‑person at our London office during this critical growth phase.
