The role will support both Run Operations and Plan & Build Design Functions, while driving AI‑led transformation initiatives across inventory management, service lifecycle, analytics, and predictive operations.

The Role & Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Network Inventory platform ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
  • Monitor network inventory health, service data quality, and platform compliance.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and operational improvements to reduce recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, database, and network teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure operational governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and SLA adherence.

Service Design & Network Planning

  • Design and maintain service models, inventory structures, and network resource planning frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end service lifecycle management from design through operational deployment.
  • Define inventory standards, integration models, and data architecture strategy.
  • Enable strategic consolidation of network and service inventory repositories.
  • Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to align with future‑state network design.
  • Support capacity planning and optimisation of network resources.

AI Implementation Responsibilities

AI‑Driven Operations

  • Implement AI/ML‑driven anomaly detection for proactive issue identification.
  • Enable predictive incident correlation and automated remediation workflows.
  • Drive AIOps integration with monitoring and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
  • Develop intelligent dashboards for operational insights and trend analysis.
  • Use AI for inventory reconciliation, duplicate detection, and data quality improvements.

AI‑Driven Design & Planning

  • Leverage AI for intelligent network planning and resource optimisation.
  • Implement AI‑assisted service dependency mapping and topology discovery.
  • Support automation of service design validation and impact assessment.
  • Enable predictive capacity forecasting and demand analysis.
  • Drive continuous innovation through GenAI‑led knowledge management and operational assistance.

Your Profile

Strong understanding of Network Inventory Management Systems and Service Design platforms.

Experience in telecom/network technologies and service lifecycle management.

Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).

Hands‑on experience with:

  • ServiceNow
  • Dynatrace / Observability tools
  • SQL / Data Analysis
  • API integrations
  • Cloud & Infrastructure platforms

Exposure to AI/AIOps platforms and automation frameworks.

Understanding of network planning and topology management.

Years of Experience

  • ServiceNow – 3 Yrs
  • Dynatrace / Observability tools – 3 Yrs
  • SQL / Data Analysis – 5 Yrs
  • API integrations – 3 Yrs
