- We require a degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- We oversee the timely identification, tracking, and resolution of software and system issues across complex systems.

We are an OEM client based in Gaydon and are seeking a Software and Systems Defect Coordination Engineer to join our team on a contract basis inside IR35. This is an opportunity to work across complex software and systems environments, supporting structured governance and defect resolution processes through to 31st March 2027. The role is non-hands‑on and focused on coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process discipline, with an umbrella pay rate of £33.64 per hour.
