Software Tester

Salary: £30,000 – 42,000 per year

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong experience with testing web applications and APIs
• Understanding of how testing integrates into the broader development process
• Problem‑solving mindset, not just a test executor
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Selenide) is a plus
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, desktop, and APIs
• Design smart test scenarios, focusing on quality over ticking boxes
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Selenium
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance quality
• Challenge existing processes and contribute to lifting the standards within the team
