Requirements
- Experience in a Data Analyst, Real Time Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong background working within a contact centre or customer operations environment
- Experience analysing high-volume customer interaction data, including calls, emails, and cases
- Confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a customer service setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insight
- Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time customer contact volumes, call and email traffic, and operational performance
- Analyse historical case data to identify trends, themes, and customer behaviours
- Produce short-term forecasts to support demand planning and resource decisions
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight to improve customer journeys
- Support CRM optimisation within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows and case management
- Present findings to stakeholders to support operational decision making
