CLOUD NATIVE DEVOPS ENGINEER – SC CLEARED

Permanent opportunity for a Cloud Native DevOps Engineer with SC Clearance. Salary up to £95,000 DOE. On-site based in Gloucester.

About the Role

We are hiring for Cloud Native DevOps Engineers to join a top consultancy delivering cutting‑edge solutions for industry‑leading Defence and National Security clients. You will work across multiple high‑impact, innovative and mission‑critical projects, shaping solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud solutions using AWS and DevOps best practices.
• Create and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation and serverless technologies.
• Work directly with clients and project teams to deliver technical solutions from start to finish.
• Use Agile and DevOps methodologies to continuously improve delivery, collaboration and solution quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active SC Clearance and eligibility for DV Clearance.
• Experience in a DevOps role, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation and serverless.
• Experience with Ansible and other automation tools.
• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
• Ability to work within Agile teams.

Clearance Requirements

• Active SC Clearance.
• Eligibility for DV Clearance.
• Based in Gloucester or ability to travel to Gloucester.
