Requirements
- We require a 1st or 2.1 degree in computer science or a similar discipline, and ideally a relevant postgraduate degree.
- We require extensive demonstrable experience as a software engineer, with the confidence and capability of a senior-level individual contributor.
- We need proven experience architecting, developing, and maintaining production software for scalable AI applications.
- We require hands‑on coding skills across a broad range of technologies, including C++ and/or C#.
- We expect familiarity with Python.
- We require specific experience developing robust APIs with AI integration.
- We are looking for someone who understands security and compliance requirements for industrial software applications.
- We value experience working with structured and unstructured data for ML-guided inference.
- We need someone comfortable with technical leadership and project ownership.
- We require the ability to understand software problems across different technology stacks and version‑specific language environments.
Responsibilities
- We design, develop, and deploy new software features with AI functionality into our desktop and web software tools.
- We integrate AI gateway features into enterprise software applications.
- We contribute as a key member of our newly formed AI team.
- We build and support production‑ready AI/ML solutions within our market‑leading software products.
- We develop software for industrial and energy‑sector use cases with a strong focus on security and compliance.

- We provide technical leadership and take ownership of projects as senior engineers.
