Salary: £75,000 – 110,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, especially Dynamics, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and modern AI tooling such as CoPilot
- Experience leading or shaping an application-led function covering development, automation, AI, or process transformation
- Confidence in commercial leadership, including negotiating with partners, steering proposals, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Credibility with technical teams, backed by hands‑on experience and a strong delivery track record
- Resilience and pragmatism to lead in a high‑growth environment
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the direction of our application practice, aligning technology choices, partner strategy, and commercial priorities
- Work closely with our sales leadership to drive the pipeline, support bids, and lead early‑stage client engagements
- Own senior relationships with key technology partners, strengthening influence and shaping joint opportunities
- Keep our team ahead of platform and AI developments
- Lead senior and principal consultants, supporting their development, resolving delivery challenges, and setting clear expectations
- Spend around a third of our time with clients, running strategic workshops, shaping automation and application programmes, and acting as the senior voice in early project phases
