Java Solution Architect

Salary: £100,000 – 120,000 per year

• Java and J2EE experience
• Spring and Spring Boot experience
• Agentic development experience
• Camunda experience
• n8n experience
• Hands-on Solution Architect experience
• Familiarity with Claude is a plus
• AWS experience is a plus
• Kubernetes or Docker experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes
• Ensure solutions are aligned with our organisational goals and technical strategies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance
