Cloud Platform Engineer

Salary: £55,000 – 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cloud / Azure / Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong Azure experience, including IaaS, networking, identity, and Entra ID
• Hybrid infrastructure experience across on-premises and cloud environments
• Infrastructure background with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of AWS
• Experience with security tools and controls
• Backup experience with Veeam or a similar solution
• Exposure to ADF or Fabric
• Exposure to Logic Apps or APIs
• Exposure to Front Door, WAF, or Nginx

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Azure and hybrid infrastructure
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security
• Support on-premises to cloud connectivity
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Drive cost optimisation across our cloud environments
• Support data and integration services such as ADF, Logic Apps, and APIs
• Implement and maintain security controls and access policies
• Contribute to automation and platform improvements
