Requirements

• NPPV3 clearance is essential for this role.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 device deployment and hardware upgrades.
• Ability to complete device readiness assessments and eligibility reviews.
• Experience uploading hardware hashes to Autopilot.
• Experience moving users and devices into groups via Intune.
• Ability to support device build and configuration activities.
• Experience with Active Directory housekeeping tasks.
• Experience updating asset details and owners in an asset management tool.
• Ability to decommission end-of-life devices.
• Experience logging faulty in-warranty devices with Lenovo.

Responsibilities

• We complete device readiness assessments and eligibility reviews.
• We upload hardware hashes to Autopilot as required.
• We move users and devices into defined groups via Intune.
• We support the build and configuration of devices.
• We deploy devices to end users.
• We provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
• We carry out Active Directory housekeeping tasks.
• We update asset details and owners in the asset management tool.
• We decommission end-of-life devices.
• We log faulty in-warranty devices with Lenovo.

We are working with a large IT company with a strong reputation for providing IT hardware and upgrades across the country. This is a three-month contract opportunity based in Hull, Sheffield, and Rotherham, paying £200 per day inside IR35. Our customer needs engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment and the decommissioning of old hardware.
