Odoo Support Analyst (AMS) – Hybrid, Growth Path

Henley Morgan Limited is expanding its support team in Bristol and is looking for a Support / AMS Analyst. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. Responsibilities include triaging incoming tickets across the Odoo suite, diagnosing issues, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Odoo experience and strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A competitive package including bonus and enhanced leave is offered.
