Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday Technical Specialist with strong knowledge of HCM and Finance modules.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Extend and custom app development is highly beneficial.
- Experience with Workday integrations, including Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Workday Pro certification and familiarity with API‑based integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions across Finance and HCM modules.
- Use Workday Extend to build custom applications and deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other business systems, including Salesforce and third‑party tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday capabilities and best practices.
- Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
- Drive automation and process optimisation across HR and Finance functions.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, including custom reports, calculated fields, and advanced reporting.
