Temporary Pastoral Care Lead – Student Support & Attendance

The Phoenix Collegiate is seeking an enthusiastic Pastoral Manager to provide a supportive presence in the school. The role involves acting as a role model and enhancing the provision of pastoral care, while addressing attendance, behaviour, and achievement issues through interventions.

The ideal candidate will have safeguarding experience and a background in behaviour management, counselling, or mentoring. This position requires effective collaboration with parents and external agencies. A fluent command of English is essential.
