Credit Controller

Role – Credit Controller c 32000 + Benefits (Must be English/French Bi Lingual)

Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth are looking for a Credit Controller. You must be bilingual in French & English. We operate in 75 plus countries worldwide and are continuing to grow!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacting customers when payment is overdue
• Asking them to settle their account and explaining the terms of their credit
• Using databases to check credit records
• Negotiating repayment plans
• Setting up and maintaining customer files
• Tracing missing debtors

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work independently.
• Assertive
• Tactful
• Ability to explain financial matters clearly
• 1-2 years experience in similar role ADVANTAGEOUS
