Are you an experienced Medical Writer looking for a new challenge in medical communications? Oxford PharmaGenesis has an opportunity in one of our Cardiff-based teams for someone who can join us in the office 1–2 days each week.
This role is very varied and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with highly creative and supportive colleagues, while partnering with senior Medical Affairs clients to develop educational and training materials, publications, congress materials, and creative and digital communications.
Operating across multiple therapy areas, the team specializes in strategic communication planning and narrative development, translating complex evidence into clear, compelling scientific stories. This includes the design and facilitation of interactive workshops to align stakeholders, shape communication strategies and define key messaging.
Qualifications
- a science degree (PhD advantageous), preferably in life sciences
- writing experience in a medical communications agency
- experience in metabolic liver diseases, obesity, oncology and/or rare neuromuscular myotonic disorders (desirable)
- the ability to develop high-quality content
- the ability to work across multiple deliverables
- experience of developing strong client relationships and driving organic account growth.
