Academia Ltd. is looking for a 2nd Line Field Engineer based in Leicester to provide excellent technical support. The role involves direct engagements with clients and requires strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of IT systems, and outstanding customer service abilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for resolving IT issues, managing service desk tickets, and developing relationships with our clients in the East Midlands. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required along with skills in Office 365 and Azure.
