Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 per year

Responsibilities

• We want you to act as the third-line escalation point for complex system and application issues.
• We need you to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve high-impact incidents across cloud and on-prem environments.
• We want you to support 24/7 service delivery, including out-of-hours cover.
• We need you to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• We want you to support new technology deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• We would like you to take ownership of mission-critical systems across cloud, on-prem, and front-end platforms.
• We expect you to mentor junior technicians and contribute to documentation.
• We want you to help drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
