Responsibilities
- Work with the current Technical Support Manager to solve complex issues.
- Remotely help electrical engineers install the smart home system.
- Handle approximately 40 tickets per day.
- Attend regular training to become a smart home expert.

- Ability to clearly communicate via telephone.
