Residential M&E Programs Manager | Building Safety

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Manager to oversee the Group’s mechanical and electrical standards as part of its building safety obligations. The role includes developing and managing works programmes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering high-quality property management services.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized engineering qualification, at least 5 years of experience in M&E programmes, and strong compliance knowledge. Occasional evening work is required.
