Senior Account Executive – Medical Communications
Are you an experienced medical communications Account Executive looking for the next step in your career or are you a Senior Account Executive considering a change? Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive to join one of our successful teams based in either our Oxfordshire office or our Cambridge office.
You will work on a range of deliverables, including publications, medical affairs projects, and innovative AI and digital health projects. The team’s accounts include immunology, rare disease and gastroenterology therapy areas. You will support the successful day-to-day management of client accounts, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and prepare project updates and minutes.
- Support oversight of timelines and budgets and manage review and approval processes.
- Provide administrative and logistical support across the project life cycle.
- Help grow accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical communications.
- Scientific background (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Desirable: experience managing publications accounts within medical communications and using iEnvision.
