Experienced Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Capital Markets, delivering complex initiatives across trading, risk, regulatory, and front-to-back transformation programs. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, ensure predictable delivery, and align technology solutions with strategic business objectives in fast‑paced financial environments.

Your Role
Core Expertise
- Project Delivery: End-to-end delivery (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Capital Markets: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX
- Trade Lifecycle: Front-to-back (pre-trade, execution, post-trade)
- Regulatory Programs: MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd‑Frank
- Risk & Analytics: PnL systems, risk platforms, market data systems
- Stakeholder Management: Traders, Quants, Risk, Operations, IT
- Financial Management: Budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
Your Job
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate across business and technology teams for seamless execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Traders, and SMEs to define requirements and priorities
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and trading & risk business objectives
- Provide regular status reporting and insights to senior leadership
- Drive governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Support and embed Agile practices while maintaining delivery accountability
