London (3 days per week onsite) £550 per day (Outside IR35) Initial 3 months (extensions likely)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a high-profile business change and transformation programme within a policing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery across data-focused workstreams
• Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Drive business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, technology, and operations
• Translate complex requirements into clear product deliverables

Essential Requirements

• Active SC Clearance and NPPV3
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in transformation programmes
• Strong track record delivering within data-centric projects or platforms
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, secure environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable

• Previous policing or law enforcement sector experience

Additional Information

• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London
• Outside IR35
• Immediate start preferred
• Strong likelihood of contract extension
