Hybrid IT Operations Analyst – 24/7 Monitoring & Support

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis based in Bradford. In this hybrid role, you will provide first line support and monitor the critical IT operations environment underpinning the Society’s core IT systems.

This full-time position involves 40.25 hours per week, with a rotating shift pattern. We offer a variety of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, an on-target bonus, and pension contributions up to 11%.
