With a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work, we are looking to hire a Surveyor into our established London team. The group advises clients spanning the technology, professional services, legal, and financial sectors on Central London office strategy, and this role will support the delivery of that work as the team continues to grow.In 2025, the team advised on approximately 1 million sq ft of transactions, acting on behalf of major occupiers in some of London’s most prominent deals. We provide end-to-end advisory support, from initial strategy through to lease completion, including financial modelling, negotiation, and transaction execution. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile projects while developing strong client relationships.Joining Cushman & Wakefield means working on high-profile transactions within a well-established London advisory team. You’ll have exposure to a broad client base, including international work, and opportunities to develop your career as you gain experience. The role also involves working closely with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of advice on Central London office strategy, including relocations, renewals, and portfolio decisionsAssist with day-to-day client interaction and support relationship managementSupport office search processes, including sourcing opportunities and coordinating inspectionsPrepare client reports, financial analysis, and option appraisalsAssist with lease negotiations, liaising with landlords, agents, and legal teamsSupport transactions from instruction through to completionProvide well-informed analysis to support client decision-makingWork collaboratively with colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield, including on cross-border instructionsCoordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated real estate adviceSupport accurate record-keeping, reporting, and general transaction administrationSkills & Experience:Experience in Central London office transactions preferred, with a good understanding of the London office marketBackground in general practice surveying across corporate, public sector, or private practiceStrong financial analysis and reporting capabilitiesExperience drafting clear, high-quality client reportsGood knowledge of relevant legislation and case lawMRICS preferred but not essentialStrong client relationship skills with a collaborative approachGood negotiation skills and commercial awarenessClear and confident communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to produce professional, accurate documentationTeam-oriented mindsetPlease note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield.
