£44,000 – £45,000 per year, with training, progression, Monday–Friday double days, overtime, and excellent company benefits.

Ideal locations: Leicester, Wigston, Coalville, Loughborough, Hinckley, Aylestone, Glenfield, Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

Overview

We are a well-established manufacturer seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our expanding engineering team. This role offers stable, long‑term employment with ongoing training, development opportunities, and a balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Perform reactive breakdown repairs.
• Electrical fault finding on production machinery, conveyors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
• Improve equipment and contribute to maximizing plant reliability and minimizing downtime.
• Work within a Monday‑to‑Friday rotating early and late shift pattern.

Candidate

• Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Experience fault finding on industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to grow and develop within the company.
