Are you a skilled Fabricator/Welder who wants more than just repetitive production welding? They produce high-quality engineered components for a range of customers and are now looking to add an experienced Fabricator/Welder to their team. The work will suit someone who enjoys proper fabrication, working from drawings, producing quality parts and taking pride in the finished job.
The Role
- Fabricating and welding components from engineering drawings
- MIG welding to a high standard
- TIG welding where required
- Working with a range of materials and thicknesses
- Cutting, measuring, preparing and assembling fabricated parts
- Producing one‑off, small batch and varied fabrication work
- Checking your own work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Working closely with the machining and production teams
- Keeping your work area safe, organised and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Fabricator/Welder
- Strong fabrication skills
- Confident MIG welding ability
- TIG welding experience would be beneficial
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Good measuring, marking out and assembly skills
- A quality-focused approach
- Reliability, good attention to detail and pride in your work
