Overview

We have several exciting opportunities opening within Specialist Services for enthusiastic and bright individuals who enjoy patient contact and working in a busy, friendly, multi‑disciplinary team environment. The roles will focus on supporting the delivery of a high‑quality service within our Neuromuscular Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative services within the Specialist Services departments.
  • Support clinical teams including autonomics, neuro‑psychology, neuro‑psychiatry, neuro‑ophthalmology, neuromuscular, uro‑neurology, pain and metabolic teams.
  • Assist patients and staff to ensure efficient service delivery and an excellent patient experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Team player who can multi‑task, use initiative, and remains patient‑led in focus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role within a healthcare setting is an advantage.
